Meet Our Team
Jeremy Collier
Jeremy Collier is a lifelong Alaskan, born and raised right here in the Mat-Su Valley. During law school, he clerked for the public defender agency where he developed a passion for criminal defense and helping clients. After graduating from Western Michigan University, Thomas Cooley Law School in 2010, he returned to Alaska to serve the people of his community and make a home with his wife, Justine. From 2010-2011, he clerked for the Superior court in Kenai working on cases spanning all aspects of the legal spectrum.
After his clerkship, he began in private practice, again helping indigent defendants until he opened Collier Law in 2012. Since then, Jeremy has dedicated himself to helping Alaskans with their legal needs. Jeremy is a proud member of the Alaska Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (AKACDL) as well as the Alaska Association for Justice – an organization dedicated to helping injured Alaskan’s obtain a full and fair recovery.
Tara
Tara, being a military dependent/spouse has lived in 8 different states settling permanently in Alaska in 1992 with her family, and four dogs. She has worked in Banking since 1992 specializing in Bank Fraud, Bank Regulations, and preparing small claims documents. As the Document Prep Specialist for Collier Law, she assists Zoë with property transfers, title issues, lien releases and owner financing. In her off-time, Tara loves to travel, spend time with family, and enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, four wheeling and snowmachining.
Justine
Justine, our office manager was born and raised in the Mat-Su Valley. She has always loved the legal field and helped open the Law Office of Jeremy Collier back in 2012. As the Office Manager, some of her duties include organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, assigning & monitoring clerical functions, and maintaining office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. When she isn’t managing the office, she takes care of two children, two cats, a Greater Swiss Mountain Dog and a Miniature Poodle. Meghan
Meghan is a lifelong Alaskan with her Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies. As a paralegal at Collier Law since 2018, Meghan’s areas of expertise involve divorce, dissolution, legal separation, child custody & visitation, child support, guardianship, adoption, domestic violence and other family law related matters as well as criminal defense. Meghan takes great pride in being able to help others through their often most difficult times. In her off-time she enjoys any and all things that include spending time with her family.
Seth Dinkel
Seth is a native of Wasilla, Alaska. He completed his undergraduate studies in justice at the University of Alaska Anchorage. After graduating from UAA, Seth moved to Wyoming and completed his law degree at the University of Wyoming College of Law. Following graduation from law school, Seth was privileged to be admitted to the Wyoming State Bar as well as the Alaska State Bar Association. Seth first served as a law clerk for the Alaska Superior Court in Kenai before joining our office. Seth is committed to applying his legal knowledge to provide the best legal assistance he can for our clients. When he is not in the office, he is undoubtedly spending time with his family and enjoying everything Alaska has to offer.
